I love BBH's campaign for Yeo Valley. Filmed on a farm in Somerset; farmers rap -not about fast cars, girls and money- about their tractors, cows and wax jackets. A lot of people find it cringe but I like the sarcastic/ironic style and it got us laughing during the X Factor break. It's creating a lot of comments so surely that means it's doing the job.. And what a great way to get the younger audience to increase their calcium intake. Reminds me of the 'Keepin' it Fresh, make mine milk' campaign with the white moustaches and Usher.
'Pixie drinks Lotts!' Not a bad campaign but I think using celebrity endorsement is cheating a little bit. This one is much better. I love the fact it takes the genre and style of Muller but subverts it. This enables it to have the same connotations of freshness and Britishness but also has the comical value. love it. x
